Every production has its own unique process, but what they all have in common is that this process is more than just lights, camera and action
Here are just a few of the steps required to create
Pre-production is the first part of the creative process. This is where all of the preperation is done before the shoot.
The production process is where we capture the footage for your video.
Post-production is where we turn the footage into a polished finished product(s).
Here we establish your videos main goal(s). Are you looking for more website visits, more product or ticket sales, or to increase brand awareness?
If you have a specific budget for your campaign, this will make it easier for us to generate ideas we know you can afford
Based on the information you give us, we generate ideas for your video campaign
Depending on the style of production you choose, we will create a script for your video
To help you visualise the idea, we create a storyboard and a shooting script
If your video needs talent, we search our huge database of actors, voiceover artists and other talent to find the best people to star in your campaign.
Next we sort out the crew members who will work on your project.
Video projects need a lot of equipment to work effectively. Cameras, lenses, lights and microphones are just a few of these.
If your video is set in a specific location, we will search our database to find the best place to film your project
We also sort out all of the endless paperwork which is needed to fulfil the project. Release forms, health & safety and releases are just a few of these.
The production process is where we capture the footage for your video.
The first part of the production process is travelling to location if the project is not being filmed in our studio
Some projects require a set design. We work with our set designers to build a besoke set for your project
Capturing great looking footage requires great light, so we make sure that we spend time perfecting the lighting
Next we set up all of the other equipment, including cameras, monitors and rigs
We strongly believe that audio is 51% of the film, so capturing great quality audio is paramout to creating a succesful video
Once all of this is sorted, only then can we start filming
Post-production is where we turn the footage into a polished finished product(s).
Once we capture all of the footage for your video, we back it up 3 times on both hard drive and cloud storage
We then organise, log and categorise all of the footage so it’s easier to edit and find the best shots
Your project can either feature pre-made music from our library, or you can make use of our inhouse musicians who can create a unique piece of music for you
Next, one of our editors will begin editing your video(s)
If required, this is where we design and create any graphics for your project. Anything from simple 2D static graphics to 3D animation graphics are available
If your project requires any special effects, we usually add them during this time
Once your video is picture locked, we then work on the audio of your video, including voice enhacements, special effects and voiceovers
Once we are happy with how it is looking and sounding, we will send it over to you to review before the final exports
If you want us to make changes to your project, this is when we make them
Finally, we deliver your final files in both an uncompressed (prores) and pre-compressed (.mp4) upload-ready format
